Die Gesellschaft ist unter der Firma Siegthor I GmbH mit

Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Göttingen
unter der Nummer HRB 205 694 eingetragen.
II. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss
Der Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Vorschriften des
HGB und den Ergänzungen des
GmbHG aufgestellt.
Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die
Größenmerkmale einer
Kleinstkapitalgesellschaft gemäß §
267a HGB auf. Deren Wahlrechte wurden nicht in Anspruch
genommen.
III. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und
Bewertungsmethoden
Für die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren im Wesentlichen unverändert die nachfolgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend Die
Forderungen und sonstigen
Vermögensgegenstände sind mit den
Nennbeträgen ausgewiesen.
Das
Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten ist zum Nominalwert
bilanziert.
Die
Rückstellungen werden in Höhe des nach
vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung
notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages passiviert.
IV. Angaben zur Bilanz
Die ausgewiesenen
Forderungen und sonstigen
Vermögensgegenstände haben Restlaufzeiten von
unter einem Jahr.
Der
Bilanzverlust enthält einen Verlustvortrag von
EUR 1.766,86.
V. Sonstige Angaben
Im Geschäftsjahr 2021 erfolgte die
Geschäftsführung der Siegthor I GmbH durch
die beiden Geschäftsführer:
- Herr Torsten Berghaus, Göttingen
- Herr Sigmar Koch, Göttingen
Beide Geschäftsführer sind von den
Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.
