ANHANGAnwendung des Handelsgesetzbuches Der Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft zählt zu den kleinen Kapitalgesellschaften. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss ist unter Berücksichtigung der Gliederungs- Und Bewertungsgrundsätze nach den für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und den ergänzenden Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt. Im Anlagevermögen wurden die Herstellungskosten der Website aufgenommen. Die ausgewiesenen Forderungen sind zum Nennwert angesetzt. Die Vorräte wurden im Rahmen einer Inventur erfasst und zu Einkaufspreisen bewertet. Die Rückstellungen beinhalten sämtliche , nach vorsichtiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung erkennbaren Risiken. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag passiviert. Erläuterungen und ergänzende Angaben zu Bilanz und GuV Die sonstigen Rückstellungen betreffen die Veröffentlichungskosten im Bundesanzeiger, Jahresabschluss- und Steuererklärungskosten. Haftungsverhältnisse i.S. d. § 251 HGB haben zum Bilanzstichtag nicht bestanden. Sonstige Angaben Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres lag die Geschäftsführung bei Herr Dr. Yared Herouy.
