ANHANG FÜR DAS GESCHÄFTSJAHR 20181. Allgemeine Angaben Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2018 ist nach den für Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) und des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt. Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Grössenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. Bei der Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses wurden die größenabhängigen Erleichterungsvorschriften des § 274 a und § 288 Abs. 1 HGB in Anspruch genommen. 2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände werden zu Nominalwerten angesetzt. Die liquiden Mittel sind zum Nennwert angesetzt. Die Rückstellungen sind so bemessen, dass sie allen erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen Rechnung tragen. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit den Rückzahlungsbeträgen angesetzt. Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten in Fremdwährung werden mit dem Mittelkurs zum Bilanzstichtag umgerechnet. 3. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Alle Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind innerhalb eines Jahres fällig. Verbindlichkeiten Der Gesamtbetrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr beträgt TEUR 600 (im Vorjahr: TEUR 603); der Gesamtbetrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit über fünf Jahren beträgt TEUR 6.100 (im Vorjahr: TEUR 6.700). Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe von TEUR 9.100 sind durch Schiffshypotheken gesichert. 4. Sonstige Angaben Anzahl der Mitarbeiter Die durchschnittliche Anzahl der Arbeitnehmer (ausschließlich Angestellte) betrug im Geschäftsjahr 0 (Vorjahr: 0). Organe der Gesellschaft Geschäftsführer im Geschäftsjahr 2018 war: Kristinn Albertsson, Rotterdam, The Netherlands Konzernzugehörigkeit Alleinige Gesellschafterin der Helgafell GmbH, Bremen, ist die Navelo B.V., Rotterdam/Niederlande. Der Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft wird in den Teilkonzernabschluss der Samskip Holding B.V., Rotterdam/Niederlande einbezogen. Für den größten Kreis von verbundenen Unternehmen stellt die Samskip Holding B.V. in Rotterdam einen Konzernabschluss auf. Der Konzernabschluss wird am Sitz dieser Gesellschaft veröffentlicht und ist dort erhältlich. Die eigentliche Steuerung des Unternehmens erfolgt in den Niederlanden. Die Gesellschaft ist Teil der niederländischen Organschaft der Samskip Holding B.V..
