AnhangVon Borstel GmbH Software- und Internetlösungen1. ERLÄUTERUNGEN ZUR GLIEDERUNG UND ZUR FORM DER DARSTELLUNGDie Gliederung der Bilanz erfolgte gemäß § 266 HGB. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gemäß § 275 HGB aufgestellt. 2. BILANZIERUNGS- UND BEWERTUNGSMETHODEN2.1 Immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände und Sachanlagen Das Anlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungskosten vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen angesetzt. Des Weiteren hat die Gesellschaft Sonderabschreibungen nach § 7g Abs. 6 EStG vorgenommen. 2.2 Forderungen Die Forderungen werden mit dem Nennwert angesetzt. Wertberichtigungen sind nicht erforderlich gewesen. 2.3 Rückstellungen Die Rückstellungen wurden nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung bemessen. Pensions- bzw. Altersversorgungszusagen bestehen bei der Gesellschaft nicht. 2.4 Verbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. 3. ERLÄUTERUNGEN ZU EINZELNEN POSITIONEN DER BILANZ UND DER GEWINN- UND VERLUSTRECHNUNG3.1 Haftungsverhältnisse Haftungsverhältnisse bestanden zum 31.12.2010 nicht. 4. SONSTIGE ANGABEN4.1 Geschäftsführung Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft sind Herr Peter Sengelmann und Herr Thorsten von Borstel. 4.2 Sonstiges Bei der Gesellschaft handelt es sich um eine "Kleine Kapitalgesellschaft" im Sinne des § 267 HGB. Die Gesellschaft verzichtet gemäß § 264 Abs.1 Satz 3 HGB auf die Aufstellung eines Lageberichts. Weiterhin wird von dem Recht gemäß § 274 a Nr. 1 HGB, wonach eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft die Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens im Anhang nicht darstellen muss, Gebrauch gemacht. |
