Die ordentliche Hauptversammlung der Gesellschaft hat am 15. Mai 2024 beschlossen, den im Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft für das Geschäftsjahr 2023 ausgewiesenen Bilanzgewinn von EURO 43.930.153,89 wie folgt zu verwenden:

―	Ein Teilbetrag in Höhe von EURO 3.205.000,00 wird zur Ausschüttung einer Dividende von EURO 1,00 je dividendenberechtigter Stückaktie an die Aktionäre verwendet.
―	Der verbleibende Teilbetrag in Höhe von EURO 40.725.153,89 wird auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen.
