Dezember 2013 wurde unter Beachtung der generellen Bilanzierungsvorschriften gemäß §§ 238 ff. HGB und unter ergänzender entsprechender Anwendung der §§ 264 ff. HGB sowie des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt. B. Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsmethodenFür die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren die nachfolgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend. Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind zum Nennwert bewertet. Rückstellungen sind mit dem notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet. C. Erläuterungen zur BilanzNachfolgend werden die in der Bilanz zusammengefassten Posten, wo erforderlich, gesondert erläutert. Rückstellungen sind innerhalb eines Jahres fällig. D. Verwendung JahresergebnisDer Jahresfehlbetrag beträgt EUR 2.643,54. Er wird auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen. E. Sonstige AngabenGeschäftsführung Im Geschäftsjahr war Herr Veit Weiland, Pfedelbach, zum Geschäftsführer bestellt. F.
