AnhangAllgemeine Angaben Der Zwischenabschluss wurde nach den Vorschriften des deutschen Handelsgesetzbuches und des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt. Nach § 267 Abs. 1 HGB handelt es sich um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden wurden im Berichtsjahr unverändert beibehalten. Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert bilanziert. Sie liegen ausschließlich Forderungen in Euro vor. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen sind nach den Grundsätzen vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung gebildet. Die Verbindlichkeiten bestehen ausschließlich in Euro und sind zum Rückzahlungsbetrag bilanziert. Die Restlaufzeit liegt für sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten unter einem Jahr. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind nicht durch Pfandrechte oder ähnliche Rechte abgesichert. Angaben zur Bilanz Die Forderungen gegen Unternehmen, mit denen ein Beteiligungsverhältnis besteht, betreffen Forderungen gegen die Gesellschafter EADS Deutschland GmbH und Alenia Aeronautica S.p.A. in Höhe von jeweils Euro 852,17 aus dem beschlossenen Verlustausgleich des Geschäftsjahres 2007. Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände beinhalten ausschließlich Erstattungsansprüche aus Steuerzahlungen. Die liquiden Mittel bestehen aus täglich verfügbaren Bankguthaben. Die Geschäftsanteile vom Stammkapital sind voll einbezahlt. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen beinhalten Kosten der Prüfung des Zwischenabschlusses und der Liquidation. Bei Bemessung der Sonstigen Rückstellungen fanden alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten in ausreichendem Maße Berücksichtigung. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind gegenüber Gesellschaftern. Sonstige Pflichtangaben Mit Beschluss der Gesellschafterversammlung vom 19. November 2008 wird die Gesellschaft mit Ablauf des 30. November 2008 liquidiert.
