Offenlegungsanhang für das Geschäftsjahr 20111. Allgemeine AngabenTz. 1 Die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses erfolgt gemäß den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) in der Fassung des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes (BilMoG) und des GmbH-Gesetzes. Tz. 2 Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf. Tz. 3 Die größenabhängigen Erleichterungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften gemäß § 326 HGB wurden in Anspruch genommen. 2. Angaben zur Bilanzierung und BewertungTz. 4 Die Bewertung wurde unter der Annahme der Fortführung der Unternehmenstätigkeit (§ 252 Abs. 1 Nr. 2 HGB) vorgenommen. Die handelsrechtlichen Grundsätze ordnungsmäßiger Bilanzierung wurden beachtet. Tz. 5 Im Einzelnen wurden folgende Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden angewendet: Sachanlagevermögen Tz. 6 Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Tz. 7 Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend den steuerlichen Vorschriften linear vorgenommen. Umlaufvermögen Tz. 8 Forderungen, sonstige Vermögensgegenstände und flüssige Mittel wurden mit dem Nominalwert angesetzt. Rückstellungen Tz. 9 Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt. Die Bewertung erfolgte mit dem nach kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag. Verbindlichkeiten Tz. 10 Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. 3. Angaben und Erläuterungen zu einzelnen Posten der Bilanz und Gewinn- und VerlustrechnungTz. 11 Der Bilanzverlust entwickelte sich wie folgt:
