Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2012I. Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsmethodenDer Jahresabschluss wird nach den Vorschriften der §§ 264 ff. des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Die Gliederung der Bilanz sowie der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung entspricht den Vorschriften der §§ 266 und 275 Abs. 2 HGB (Gesamtkostenverfahren). Von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen bei der Gliederung der Bilanz gemäß § 266 ABS. 1 Satz 3 HGB sowie der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung gemäß § 276 HGB hat die Gesellschaft keinen Gebrauch gemacht. Die Aufstellung des Anhangs erfolgte unter teilweiser Ausnutzung der Erleichterungen für kleine Gesellschaften im Sinne des § 267 HGB gemäß §§ 274 a und 288 HGB. Das Finanzanlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungskosten (eingeforderte und geleistete Einlagen gegebenenfalls abzüglich erfolgter Kapitalrückzahlungen) bzw. zu niedrigeren beizulegenden Werten bewertet. Sonstige Vermögensgegenstände und Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten werden mit dem Nennwert bilanziert. Rückstellungen werden für alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Sie werden mit dem nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung erforderlichen Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet. Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert. Treuhandvermögen und Treuhandverpflichtungen werden als Bilanzvermerke ausgewiesen. Das Treuhandvermögen wird mit den Nominalbeträgen der eingegangenen Zeichnungsverpflichtungen angesetzt. Der Ansatz der Treuhandverpflichtungen erfolgt entsprechend. II. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz1. Sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Sämtliche Forderungen sind kurzfristig fällig. 2. Verbindlichkeiten Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit von unter einem Jahr. III. Sonstige Angaben1. Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen Die Gesellschaft hat sich verpflichtet, weitere Einzahlungen im Rahmen ihrer Beteiligungen in Höhe von T€ 980 zu leisten. 2. Geschäftsführung Geschäftsführer:
