Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 20231. Allgemeine Rechnungslegungsgrundsätze Die mediatis Aktiengesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB und im Handelsregister B des Amtsgerichts Frankfurt am Main unter HRB 74001 mit Sitz in Frankfurt am Main eingetragen. Sie hat Ihre Geschäftsanschrift in der Münchener Str. 45 in 60329 Frankfurt am Main. Bei der Aufstellung und Offenlegung des Jahresabschlusses wurde von den Erleichterungsmöglichkeiten für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften Gebrauch gemacht. Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2023 wurde unter Beachtung des Handelsrechts in der Fassung des Bilanzrichtlinie-Umsetzungsgesetzes sowie des Aktiengesetzes erstellt. Die Bilanzierung erfolgt entsprechend den gesetzlichen Vorschriften und vermittelt ein den tatsächlichen Verhältnissen entsprechendes Bild der Vermögens-, Finanz- und Ertragslage der Gesellschaft. 2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände und Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger linearer Abschreibung bewertet. Fremdkapitalzinsen sind nicht einbezogen. Geringwertige Vermögensgegenstände mit einem Anschaffungswert bis € 800,00 werden im Jahr des Zugangs voll abgeschrieben. Die Bewertung von Vorräten sowie Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen erfolgt nach dem Niederstwertprinzip. Bankguthaben sind zu Nennwerten bilanziert. Bei den Forderungen wurden erkennbare Einzelrisiken durch Wertberichtigungen berücksichtigt. Bei der Bemessung der Rückstellungen ist allen erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten Rechnung getragen, wobei der Erfüllungsbetrag zum Ansatz gebracht wird. Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit den Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert. Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten in Fremdwährung werden zum Devisenkassamittelkurs am Stichtag umgerechnet. 3. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Die sonstigen Rückstellungen betreffen Personal, Gewährleistungen und noch zu erbringene Leistungen, die bereits abgerechnet wurden. 4. Sonstige Angaben Das Grundkapital der Gesellschaft beträgt € 50.000,00 und ist in 25.004 Stammaktien zum Nennbetrag von je einem Euro und in 24.996 stimmrechtslose Vorzugsaktien zum Nennbetrag von je einem Euro eingeteilt. Sämtliche Aktien lauten auf den Namen. Die durchschnittliche Zahl der während des Geschäftsjahres beschäftigten Angestellten betrug 20 Personen.
