ANHANGLEMLI Desch GmbH, Frankfurt am Main Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2018 I .Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen GmbH gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf. Der Jahresabschluss wurde unter Berücksichtigung der gesetzlichen Bestimmungen des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. II. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um lineare Abschreibungen (Nutzungsdauer zwischen drei und zehn Jahren) angesetzt. Die Bewertung der Gegenstände des Vorratsvermögens erfolgte grundsätzlich zu Anschaffungskosten unter Beachtung des strengen Niederstwertprinzips. Die Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen wurden mit den Nennwerten angesetzt. Die flüssigen Mittel wurden mit dem Nennwert angesetzt. Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten sind mit den im Voraus bezahlten Beträgen angesetzt. Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen. III. Angaben zur Bilanz Das Stammkapital der Gesellschaft beträgt zum 31. Dezember 2018 EUR 25.000,00 und ist in Höhe von Euro 12.500,- eingezahlt. Die Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Laufzeit von über einem Jahr betragen Euro 79.330,85. Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber den Gesellschaftern bestehen in Höhe von Euro 183685,56. IV. Sonstige Angaben Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2018 weist einen Jahresüberschuss von Euro 23.555,40 aus. Im Geschäftsjahr 2018 erfolgte die Geschäftsführung der Gesellschaft durch die Geschäftsführer: - Frau Sarah-Ann Desch, Bad Homburg - Herr Alexander Desch, Bad Homburg Die Geschäftsführer sind von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.
