ANHANG

Allgemeines :

Die Lunettes GmbH wurde neugegründet mit Gesellschaftsvertrag vom 28.4.2000, UR-Nr. 784 für 2000 des Notars Dr. Brincker, Wuppertal.

Die Gesellschaft hat ihren Sitz in 40212 Düsseldorf, Königsallee 21-23. Sie ist in das Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht Düsseldorf unter HRB 39045 eingetragen.

Der Gegenstand des Unternehmens ist der Verkauf von Brillen, Sonnenbrillen, Accessoires, Textilien, Lifestyleprodukten und Dienstleistungen sowie Beratung.

Die Gesellschaft hat ein gezeichnetes Kapital von Euro 25.000,-- , das in voller Höhe eingezahlt ist.

Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft ist Herr Veit Anlauf. Herr Anlauf ist stets einzelvertretungsberechtigt.

Bei der Gesellschaft handelt es sich um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i. S. v. § 267 HGB.

Die Gesellschaft hat ein abweichendes Wirtschaftsjahr, welches stets am 31.8. eines Jahres endet.

Angaben zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundlagen :

Die Gliederung von Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung entsprechen den §§ 266 und 275 HGB, wobei für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung das Gesamtkostenverfahren Anwendung findet.

Die Sachanlagen wurden zu Anschaffungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger Abschreibungen sowie evtl. Teilwertabschreibungen angesetzt. Die Abschreibungen wurden unter Berücksichtigung von steuerlichen Vorschriften entsprechend der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer der Wirtschaftsgüter vorgenommen.

Die Forderungen wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten. Sie sind in Höhe des Betrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Ergänzende Angaben zu den Verbindlichkeiten :

Zum 31.8.2022 bestanden keine Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jah-ren.
