ANHANGI. Allgemeine Angaben Der Jahresabschluss der Elektrotechnik Simon Krings GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten. Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. II. Angaben zum Jahresabschluss 1. Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung einschließlich steuerrechtlicher Maßnahmen a) Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibung vermindert. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen. Die Vorräte wurden laut Auskunft der Geschäftsführung zu Anschaffungskosten bzw. Herstellungskosten bewertet. Die Forderungen wurden mit ihren Nennbeträgen angesetzt. Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen die bis zur Bilanzerstellung bekannt gewordenen ungewissen Schulden, Verluste und Risiken, die vor dem Bilanzstichtag entstanden sind. Die Bewertung erfolgte aufgrund des voraussichtlichen Aufwands. Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. 2. Angaben und Erläuterungen zu einzelnen Posten der Bilanz a) Angabe zu Forderungen Die Höhe der Forderungen mit einer Restlaufzeit größer einem Jahr beträgt Euro 0,00 (2011: Euro 0,--). b) Angabe zu Verbindlichkeiten Die Höhe der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr beträgt Euro 455.824,65 (2011: Euro 110.988,37). Der Gesamtbetrag der bilanzierten Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren beträgt Euro 0,00 (2011: Euro 0,--). c) Feststellung des Jahresabschlusses Der Jahresabschluss wurde am 27. November 2013 festgestellt. III. Sonstige Pflichtangaben 1.
