Gesellschaften mit beschränkter Haftung. 2. Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsgrundsätzeDie Forderungen sind zum Nennwert bilanziert. Die Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen
Erfüllungsbetrags angesetzt. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind zu ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. 3. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz3.1 AnlagevermögenDer Posten enthält einen Warenautomat 3.2 Sonstige RückstellungenDer Posten enthält Rückstellungen für rückständigen Urlaub. 3.3 Sonstige Verbindlichkeitenscroll

Geschäftsführer, die in keinem Anstellungsverhältnis zur Gesellschaft standen 4.2 KonzernverhältnisseDie Gesellschaft ist ein Tochterunternehmen der VWR International Management Services
GmbH & Co. KG, Darmstadt sowie ein Konzernunternehmen der Avantor, Inc. mit Sitz in
Radnor /USA, in deren Konzernabschluss die Konzerngesellschaft eingeschlossen wird
und die den Konzernabschluss für den grössten und kleinsten Kreis von Unternehmen
aufstellt. Der Konzernabschluss wird nicht offengelegt, allerdings wird der Konzernabschluss
zukünftig in deutscher Übersetzung als befreiender Konzernabschluss im elektronischen
Bundesanzeiger offengelegt. 4.3 ErgebnisverwendungDer Gesellschafterversammlung wird vorgeschlagen, den Jahresüberschuss des laufenden
Geschäftsjahres auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen.
