Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2012I. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Der Jahresabschluss wird nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Der Gliederung der Bilanz sowie der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung liegen die Vorschriften der §§ 266 und 275 Abs. 2 HGB (Gesamtkostenverfahren) zugrunde. Die im Vorjahr angewandten Bewertungs- und Abschreibungsmethoden werden unverändert beibehalten. Das Anlagevermögen wird mit Anschaffungskosten vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen bewertet. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen werden gemäß der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer vorgenommen. Dabei wird die lineare Abschreibungsmethode angewandt. Wirtschaftsgüter, die in 2010 angeschafft wurden und deren Anschaffungs- und Herstellungskosten zwischen € 150 und € 1.000 betrugen, werden in einem Sammelposten über 5 Jahre abgeschrieben. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sowie Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten werden mit dem Nominalbetrag bilanziert. Rückstellungen werden mit dem nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert. II. Bilanzerläuterungen 1. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Die sonstigen Forderungen sind innerhalb eines Jahres fällig. 2. Eigenkapital Das im Handelsregister eingetragene gezeichnete Kapital beträgt € 25.000,00. 3. Verbindlichkeiten Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten haben Restlaufzeiten von unter einem Jahr. III. Sonstige Angaben 1. Arbeitnehmer Zum 31. Dezember 2012 hatte die Gesellschaft eine Geschäftsführerin und eine Angestellte beschäftigt. 2. Geschäftsführung Geschäftsführerin ist Frau Anneliese Wasserer-Foerg, Pädagogin. München, den 25. April 2014 Almost Famous GmbH Anneliese Wasserer-Foerg Die Feststellung des Vorjahresabschlusses ist am 21. Januar 2013 erfolgt. |
