ANHANGAllgemeine Angaben und Erläuterungen Der Jahresabschluss des Mentor Verlag GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der neuen handelsrechtlichen Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches, wie es am 25.05.2009 verkündet wurde (BilMoG), aufgestellt. Eine Anpassung der Vorjahreszahlen war nicht erforderlich. Soweit Wahlrechte für Angaben in der Bilanz, in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang ausgeübt werden können, wurde der Vermerk in der Bilanz bzw. in der Gewinn - und Verlustrechnung gewählt. Für die Gewinn - und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt. Es handelt sich um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne von § 267 HGB. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Der Jahresabschluss des Mentor Verlag wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH - Gesetzes zu beachten. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zu Nominalwerten angesetzt. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt und sind innerhalb eines Jahres fällig. Sofern die Tageswerte über den Rückzahlungsbeträgen lagen, wurden die Verbindlichkeiten zu einem höheren Wert angesetzt. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Die Mentor Verlag GmbH weist zum Bilanzstichtag Forderungen gegenüber verbundenen Unternehmen in Höhe TEUR 1.820 aus, davon TEUR 1.820 gegenüber Gesellschafter und mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr. Die Mentor Verlag GmbH weist zum Bilanzstichtag Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber verbundenen Unternehmen in Höhe von TEUR 1.606 aus, davon TEUR 1.606 gegenüber Gesellschafter und mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr. Mutterunternehmen Zum Bilanzstichtag wurden die Geschäftsanteile zu 100% von der Langenscheidt KG, Berlin und München, gehalten.
Die Gesellschaft beschäftigte im Berichtsjahr keine Mitarbeiter.
