Anhang zum Jahresabschluss für das GeschäftsjahrI. Bilanzierungs-, Bewertungs- und GliederungsgrundsätzeDie auf den vorangegangen Jahresabschluss angewandten Bewertungsmethoden sind beibehalten worden. Die Gliederung der Bilanz entspricht den gesetzlichen Vorschriften für große Kapitalgesellschaften. Für die Angaben im Anhang wurden die größenabhängigen Erleichterungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften in Anspruch genommen (§ 267 HGB i.V.m. § 288 HGB). Forderungen Die Bewertung der Forderungen erfolgt zum Nominalwert. Sonstige Rückstellungen Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten. Die Bewertung erfolgt jeweils in Höhe des Erfüllungsbetrages, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung erforderlich ist, um die künftigen Zahlungsverpflichtungen abzudecken. Verbindlichkeiten Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Erfüllungsbetrag bilanziert. II. Angaben zur Bilanz1.
