ANHANGI. Allgemeine Erläuterungen Die A & N Hotels GmbH wird im Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht Charlottenburg in Berlin unter der HRB Nr. 118260 B geführt. Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2009 ist nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und des GmbH-Gesetzes erstellt worden. Zur Verbesserung der Übersichtlichkeit werden die bei den Posten der Bilanz anzubringenden Vermerke ebenso wie die Vermerke, die wahlweise in Bilanz oder im Anhang anzubringen sind, insgesamt im Anhang aufgeführt. II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2009 ist grundsätzlich nach den gleichen Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden - wie im Vorjahr - unter teilweiser Gewinnverwendung aufgestellt worden. Nachstehend werden nur zu den wesentlichen Posten Ausführungen gemacht. Erworbeneimmaterielle Vermögensgegenständewerden zu Anschaffungskosten aktiviert und entsprechend ihrer Nutzungsdauer um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die Bewertung desSachanlagevermögenserfolgt mit den Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten und - soweit abnutzbar - unter Berücksichtigung planmäßig linearer Abschreibungen auf der Basis der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer. DieForderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenständesind zum Nennwert angesetzt. Dieliquiden Mittelsind zu Nennwerten bewertet. DasEigenkapitalbeinhaltet das gezeichnete Kapital und den Bilanzverlust. Dasgezeichnete Kapitalist zum Nennwert angesetzt. Sonstige Rückstellungenwurden in Höhe des Betrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung erforderlich ist, um alle erkennbaren Risiken zu erfassen. DieVerbindlichkeitensind mit den Rückzahlungsbeträgen angesetzt.
III. Erläut
erungen zu einzelnen Posten
DieForderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenständesind innerhalb eines Jahres fällig. Dernicht durch Eigenkapital gedeckte Fehlbetragbeträgt T€ 138,9 und wird durch Rangrücktrittserklärungen der Gesellschafter kompensiert. Die Zahlungsfähigkeit wird durch Einzahlungen der Gesellschafter gewährleistet. Dasgezeichnete Kapitalentspricht der im Gesellschaftsvertrag und im Handelsregister ausgewiesenen Höhe. ImBilanzverlustvon T€ 163,9 sind der Jahresfehlbetrag von T€ 160,2 und der Verlustvortrag von T€ 3,7 enthalten. Diesonstigen Rückstellungenbetreffen Jahresabschlusskosten. DieVerbindlichkeitenvon T€ 665,9 sind in Höhe von T€ 57,3 innerhalb von einem Jahr fällig. Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als fünf Jahren bestehen nicht. Gegenüber Gesellschaftern bestehen Verbindlichkeiten von T€ 607,1. IV. Sonstige Angaben Mitglieder der Geschäftsführung Alleinvertretungsberechtigte Geschäftsführer waren im Geschäftsjahr Frau Varvara Aberschanskij, Berlin, und Herr Arthur Aberschanskij, Berlin. Vorschlag zur Ergebnisverwendung Die Geschäftsführer schlagen vor, den Bilanzverlust von T€ 163,9 auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen. Berlin, den 4.
