Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 20101. Allgemeine Angaben zum JahresabschlussDer Jahresabschluss wurde auf der Grundlage des Gesellschaftsvertrages, der Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches sowie ergänzender Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt. Größenabhängige Erleichterungen bei der Erstellung (§§ 266 I, 276, 288 HGB) des Jahresabschlusses wurden in Anspruch genommen. Der Jahresabschluss wurde entsprechend den Gliederungsvorschriften der §§ 266 ff. HGB aufgestellt. Die durch das Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetz (BilMoG) vom 28. Mai 2009 geänderten Ansatz- und Bewertungsvorschriften werden erstmals auf den vorliegenden Jahresabschluss (mit Wirkung ab 1. Januar 2010) angewendet. Bewertungserhebliche Änderungen haben sich hierdurch nicht ergeben. Die Vorjahresbeträge wurden nicht angepasst. 2. Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsmethodenDer Jahresabschluss wurde unter Annahme der Unternehmensfortführung gem. § 252 Abs. 1 Nr. 2 HGB aufgestellt. Sachanlagen Erworbene Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungskosten (inkl. Anschaffungsnebenkosten) vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die Abschreibungen werden - im Zugangsjahr zeitanteilig - entsprechend der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer anhand der linearen Methode vorgenommen. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter mit Anschaffungskosten von bis zu Euro 150,00 werden im Zugangsjahr in voller Höhe aufwandswirksam erfasst. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter mit Anschaffungskosten zwischen Euro 150,00 bis Euro 1.000,00 werden in Anlehnung an steuerliche Vorschriften als gesondert geführter Sammelposten erfasst und im Jahr des Zugangs sowie in den folgenden vier Wirtschaftsjahren zu jeweils 1/5 abschrieben. sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände werden zum Nennwert angesetzt. Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten Der Ansatz erfolgt zum Nominalwert. Aktiver Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten Als Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten werden Ausgaben vor dem Abschlussstichtag ausgewiesen, soweit sie Aufwand für eine bestimmte Zeit danach darstellen. Eigenkapital Das gezeichnete Kapital ist zum Nennbetrag angesetzt. Rückstellungen Die Rückstellungen werden in Höhe des Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. Sie berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten. Verbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag ausgewiesen. 3. Erläuterungen zur BilanzEigenkapital Der Jahresabschluss wurde unter Berücksichtigung der teilweisen Verwendung des Jahresergebnisses aufgestellt. In den Posten Bilanzgewinn ist ein Gewinnvortrag in Höhe von 9.313,27 EUR einbezogen. Verbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten beinhalten Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern in Höhe von 6 TEUR. 4. Sonstige PflichtangabenGeschäftsführung Die Vertretung und Geschäftsführung der Gesellschaft erfolgte im Geschäftsjahr durch Herrn André Marquis, Software-Ingenieur
