Anhang
Der Jahresabschluss der eight and us GmbH, Hamburg, ist unter Beachtung der einschlägigen Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und des GmbH-Gesetzes sowie der deutschen Grundsätze ordnungsmäßiger Buchführung aufgestellt worden. Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden sind gegenüber dem Vorjahr unverändert beibehalten worden. Aufgrund der Gründung im Vorjahr und des Rumpfgeschäftsjahres ist der Vergleich mit dem Vorjahr nur eingeschränkt möglich. 3. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Finanzanlagen werden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt. Wertberichtigungen waren zum Abschlussstichtag nicht erforderlich. Die liquiden Mittel sind zum Nennwert angesetzt. Alle bis zur Bilanzaufstellung erkennbaren Risiken sind in Höhe des Erfüllungsbetrages als Rückstellungen angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. Sie entsprechen den zu erwartenden Aufwendungen. Verbindlichkeiten werden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. 4. Angaben zur Bilanz Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern bestehen in Höhe von TEUR 26,9. Alle Verbindlichkeiten sind innerhalb eines Jahres fällig. 5. Sonstige Angaben Die Gesellschaft beschäftigt kein eigenes Personal. Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens durch folgende Person geführt: - Herrn John Eulenburg, Hamburg Der Geschäftsführer ist alleinvertretungsberechtigt und von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.
