Anhang1. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Die AG weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Gesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde im Berichtsjahr nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt. Von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen nach § 288 HGB wurde teilweise Gebrauch gemacht. 2. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Ansatz- und Bewertungsmethoden des Vorjahres wurden unverändert beibehalten. Änderungen durch das Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetz haben sich nicht ergeben. Im Einzelnen wurden folgende Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden angewendet: Die immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände wurden zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um lineare Abschreibungen (bei einer betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer von bis zu zehn Jahren), bewertet. Das Bewertungswahlrecht des § 248 Abs. 2 HGB wurde in Anspruch genommen. Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um lineare Abschreibungen (Nutzungsdauer zwischen drei und zehn Jahren) angesetzt. Die geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgüter werden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben. Bei den Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen wurden erkennbare Einzelrisiken durch Wertberichtigungen berücksichtigt. Kassenbestände und Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten wurden zum Nennwert bilanziert. Rückstellungen wurden nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken gebildet. Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit ihren Rückzahlungsbeträgen angesetzt. Der passive Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten enthält abzugrenzende Umsatzerlöse des folgenden Geschäftsjahres. 3. Angaben zur Bilanz Die Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens ist dem diesem Anhang als Anlage beigefügten Bruttoanlagespiegel zu entnehmen. Die Geschäftsjahresabschreibung der Posten der Bilanz ist dem Abschreibungsspiegel zu entnehmen. Unter den sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen sind Forderungen gegenüber Gesellschafter in Höhe von Euro 61,05 enthalten (Mitzugehörigkeitsvermerk). Das Grundkapital ist eingeteilt in 317.134 auf den Namen lautende Stückaktien im rechnerischen Nennwert von je einem Euro. Das Grundkapital ist in voller Höhe einbezahlt und zum Nennbetrag angesetzt. Der Bilanzverlust entwickelt sich wie folgt:
In den sonstigen Rückstellungen sind im Wesentlichen Rückstellungen für an die Kunden zurück zu erstattende Grundgebühren in Höhe von Euro 66.472,87 sowie für Abschlusskosten in Höhe von Euro 4.000,00 enthalten. Von den Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Kreditinstituten haben Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe von Euro 100.000,00 eine Restlaufzeit von mehr als fünf Jahren. Gegenüber Gesellschaftern bestehen Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe von Euro 271.239,82 welche unter den sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten ausgewiesen sind (Mitzugehörigkeitsvermerk). 4. Angaben zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt. 5. Sonstige Angaben Vorstand und Aufsichtsrat schlagen der Hauptversammlung vor, den Jahresfehlbetrag auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen.
