Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss
Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Das Finanzanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und zum gemilderten Niederstwertprinzip bewertet. Ausleihungen sind zum Nominalwert zuzüglich aufgelaufener Zinsen aktiviert. Ein Abwertungsbedarf besteht nicht. Die Sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nominalwert angesetzt. Die Bewertung erfolgt zum strengen Niederstwertprinzip. Abwertungen waren nicht erforderlich. Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Gegenüber dem Vorjahr abweichende Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Ein grundlegender Wechsel von Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden gegenüber dem Vorjahr fand nicht statt. Ausweisänderungen zur Verbesserung der Aussagekraft des Jahresabschluss betreffen die Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Unternehmen mit denen ein Beteiligungsverhältnis besteht. Diese betreffen Darlehen, die in Vorjahren unter den Sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten ausgewiesen wurden. Angaben zur Bilanz Angabe zu Restlaufzeitvermerken Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr beträgt 36.962,65 EUR (Vorjahr: 36.255,40 EUR). Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit größer einem Jahr beträgt 1.412.997,49 EUR (Vorjahr: 5.604.881,38 EUR). Sonstige Angaben Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen Die Gesellschaft hat einer Gesellschafterin vertraglich eine weitere Finanzierung von EUR 1.700.000,00 unbefristet zugesichert.
