Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Angaben nach § 264 Abs. 1a HGB:
Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige (innerhalb der steuerrechtlich zugelassenen Zeiträume vorgenommene) Abschreibungen vermindert. Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von 800,- € ( geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter ) wurden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben. Die Vorräte wurden zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden mit dem Nennwert angesetzt. Die liquiden Mittel wurden zum Nominalwert angesetzt. Der aktive Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten betrifft Ausgaben vor dem Bilanzstichtag, die Aufwand für eine bestimmte Zeit nach diesem darstellen. Das gezeichnete Kapital ist zum Nennbetrag angesetzt. Die Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt und zum notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Ein grundlegender Wechsel von Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden gegenüber dem Vorjahr fand nicht statt. B. Informationen zur Bilanz §265(1) HGB Die Ausweis- und Gliederungsbestimmungen wurden in jeder Hinsicht befolgt bzw. unverändert beibehalten. Die Vorjahreszahlen wurden entsprechend berücksichtigt, so dass die Posten des Jahresabschlusses in ihrer Zusammensetzung vergleichbar sind. C. Sonstige Angaben Durchschnittliche Zahl der während des Geschäftsjahrs beschäftigten Arbeitnehmer: Während des Geschäftsjahres 2022 wurden im Unternehmen durchschnittlich 14 Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt. Haftungsverhältnisse und sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen: Haftungsverhältnisse und sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen, über die zu berichten wäre, liegen nach Angaben der Geschäftsleitung nicht vor. Alleinvertretungsberechtigter Geschäftsführer ist Herr Otto Erhard. Er ist von den Beschränkungen des §181 BGB befreit. sonstige BerichtsbestandteileGez.
