A. Vorbemerkung Zur Verbesserung der Klarheit der Darstellung sind Vermerke zur Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung im Anhang ausgewiesen. B. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Der Jahresabschluss der SCA Berlinotel GmbH, Schwedter Str. 45 in 10435 Berlin wurde nach den Vorschriften des Dritten Buches des HGB aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft weist zum 31. Dezember 2020 die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen GmbH im Sinne von § 267 Abs. 1-3 HGB auf. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gemäß § 275 Abs. 2 HGB gewählt. C. Erläuterungen zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Sachanlagen und immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände werden zu Anschaffungskosten vermindert um planmäßige lineare Abschreibungen gemäß der Betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer angesetzt. Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um lineare Abschreibungen (Nutzungsdauer zwischen drei und zehn Jahren) angesetzt. Die Finanzanlagen sind mit den Anschaffungskosten einschließlich Anschaffungsnebenkosten aktiviert. Die Steuerrückstellungen und Sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen. Bilanzerläuterungen Ausstehende Einlagen auf das gezeichnete Kapital Der Betrag der im Handelsregister gemäß § 172 Abs. 1 HGB eingetragenen Einlagen, die noch nicht geleistet sind (ausstehende Einlagen), lautet zum 31. Dezember 2020 auf EUR 0,00. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Forderungsspiegel (Vorjahreswerte in Klammern)
Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten Ausgewiesen werden Zahlungen vor dem Bilanzstichtag, die Aufwendungen für die nächste Periode betreffen. EigenkapitalJahresüberschuss Das Geschäftsjahr der Gesellschaft endet mit einem Jahresüberschuss von EUR 701,82. (Im Vorjahr: Jahresüberschuss EUR 9.086,27) Verbindlichkeiten Zur Verbesserung der Klarheit und Übersichtlichkeit wurden die Angaben im Zusammenhang mit den Verbindlichkeiten in den nachfolgend aufgeführten Verbindlichkeitenspiegel zusammengefasst dargestellt.
