ANHANGAllgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss,Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden, Fremdwährungsumrechnung Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2010 der Europe Express GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der handelsrechtlichen Rechnungslegungsvorschriften unter Beachtung der ergänzenden Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf. Die Gliederung der Bilanz erfolgte gemäß § 266 Abs. 2 und 3 HGB. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Abnutzbare bewegliche Vermögensgegenstände mit Anschaffungskosten zwischen EUR 150,00 und EUR 1.000,00 werden über eine Nutzungsdauer von fünf Jahren linear abgeschrieben. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sowie flüssige Mittel wurden mit dem Nennwert bilanziert. Die Bewertung der Rückstellungen erfolgte in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages. Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Fremdwährungsumrechnung Da das Gesamtbild der wirtschaftlichen Verhältnisse nicht beeinträchtigt wird, erfolgte die Umrechnung von Geschäftsvorfällen in fremder Währung zum Zeitpunkt der Erstverbuchung mit Hilfe eines Monatsdurchschnittskurses. Vermögensgegenstände und Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Bilanzstichtag gemäß § 256 a HGB bewertet.
