Anhang zum 31. Dezember 20101. VorbemerkungenGegenstand des Unternehmens ist die Entwicklung, der Aufbau und die Umsetzung von modernen Steuerungs- und Versorgungskonzepten aller Art im Sozial- und Gesundheitswesen. Mit der Eintragung in das Handelsregister B des Amtsgerichts Köln am 29. März 2010 wurde die DKV Gesundheits Service GmbH in cliMondo GmbH umfirmiert. Mit dem Handelsregistereintrag am 22. Februar 2011 hat die Gesellschaft erneut umfirmiert in goMedus Partnerkliniken GmbH. Der Jahresabschluss wurde unter Beachtung der Vorschriften der generellen Gliederungs-, Ansatz- und Bewertungsvorschriften der §§ 246 bis 256a HGB, der besonderen Ansatz- und Bewertungsvorschriften für Kapitalgesellschaften sowie der Regelungen zum Anhang (§§ 264 bis 288 HGB) aufgestellt. Erstmals wurden sämtliche durch das BilMoG geänderten Vorschriften angewendet. Bei der erstmaligen Aufstellung des Abschlusses nach BilMoG wurden die Vorjahresvergleichszahlen auf Grund des Wahlrechts des Artikel 67 Abs. 8 Satz 2 EGHGB nicht angepasst. Es ergaben sich keine Veränderungen durch die Umstellung. Die Gesellschaft ist eine "kleine" Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. 2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden- Forderungen und Sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Diese werden zum Nennwert bewertet. - Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten Diese werden zum Nennwert bewertet. - Rückstellungen Rückstellungen werden in Höhe des Erfüllungsbetrags angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. - Verbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. 3. Erläuterungen zur BilanzIm Geschäftsjahr hat der Gesellschafter eine Einlage in Höhe von T€ 455 in die Kapitalrücklage geleistet. 4. Sonstige AngabenNamen von Organmitgliedern Geschäftsführer:

Die goMedus Partnerkliniken GmbH, Köln, (vormals: cliMondo GmbH, Köln) ist ein mittelbares Tochterunternehmen der ERGO Versicherungsgruppe AG, Düsseldorf, und der Münchener Rückversicherungs-Gesellschaft Aktiengesellschaft in München, München. Der Konzernabschluss und -lagebericht der ERGO Versicherungsgruppe AG, Düsseldorf, und der Münchener Rückversicherungs-Gesellschaft Aktiengesellschaft in München, München, werden im elektronischen Bundesanzeiger veröffentlicht.
