Anhang 2012I. Allgemeine AngabenDer Jahresabschluss der Drolla GmbH für das Geschäftsjahr 2012 ist nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Die angewandten Bewertungsgrundsätze entsprechen den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches. Alle Angaben im Jahresabschluss 2012 sind in EURO ausgewiesen. II. Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsmethodenDie Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind grundsätzlich mit dem Nominalbetrag angesetzt. Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten. Sie wurden unter Beachtung des § 253 Abs. 1 Satz 2 HGB bilanziert. Zum Geschäftsjahresende bestanden keine auf Fremdwährung lautende Vermögenswerte oder Verbindlichkeiten. III. Erläuterungen der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und VerlustrechnungDie sonstigen Rückstellungen in Höhe von EUR 2.960,94 sind für die Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses 2011 (EUR 1.564,63) und 2012 (EUR 1.396,31). IV. Sonstige AngabenIm abgeschlossen Geschäftsjahr war kein Personal beschäftigt. Es wurden im Berichtsjahr keine Geschäftsführerbezüge gezahlt. Weder den Geschäftsführern noch dem Gesellschafter wurden im Berichtsjahr Kredite gewährt. Die Drolla GmbH ist eine 100%-ige Tochtergesellschaft der Deutschen Bank AG, Frankfurt am Main. Die Deutsche Bank AG (Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Frankfurt am Main HRB 30 000) hat zum 31.12.2012 einen befreienden Konzernabschluss nach International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) aufgestellt. Der befreiende Konzernabschluss wird im elektronischen Bundesanzeiger bekannt gemacht. V. GeschäftsführungGeschäftsführer der Gesellschaft sind:
