Anhang FÜR DAS GESCHÄFTSJAHR 2011A. ALLGEMEINE ANGABEN ZUR BILANZIERUNG, BEWERTUNGDie Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i.S. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Von der ihr eingeräumten Erleichterungen bei der Aufstellung des Anhangs gem. § 288 HGB macht die Gesellschaft Gebrauch. B. BILANZIERUNGS- UND BEWERTUNGSMETHODENForderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nennwert angesetzt. Rückstellungen Die anderen Rückstellungen wurden nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung gebildet und berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verpflichtungen. C. ERLÄUTERUNGEN ZUR BILANZAKTIVA 2. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Forderungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr bestanden aus dem Körperschaftsteuerguthaben i.H.v. EUR 443. PASSIVA 1. Eigenkapital Das gezeichnete Kapital beträgt unverändert DM 50.000,00 und ist zur Hälfte einbezahlt. 2. Rückstellungen Die sonstigen Rückstellungen enthalten Beträge für ausstehende Rechnungen. D. SONSTIGE ANGABENHaftungsverhältnisse Die Gesellschaft ist persönlich haftender Gesellschafter der Brauerei Karg GmbH & Co. KG. Darüber hinaus ergeben sich keine anzugebenden Haftungsverhältnisse. Geschäftsführung/Vertretungsbefugnis Geschäftsführer im Geschäftsjahr war Herr Franz Schubert. Er vertritt die Gesellschaft allein.
