AnhangDie La Vie GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Köln. Sie ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Köln unter HRB 36939 eingetragen. 1. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Entgeltlich erworbene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und, sofern sie der Abnutzung unterlagen, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden zum Nennwert angesetzt. Die Forderungen gegen Gesellschafter betragen EUR 998.500,47 (Vj. EUR 15.605,00). Der Wertansatz der Rückstellungen berücksichtigte alle erkennbaren Risiken auf der Grundlage vorsichtiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung. Die Dotierung erfolgte mit dem vorsichtig geschätzten Erfüllungsbetrag. Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert. 2. Sonstige Angaben Im Geschäftsjahr 2023 wurden durchschnittlich 26 Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.
