AnhangAngabe der auf Bilanz und GuV angewandten Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsmethodenDie Gegenstände des Sachanlagevermögens wurden zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet und - soweit abnutzbar - planmäßig abgeschrieben. Bei der Bemessung der Abschreibungen wurde auf die betriebsgewöhnliche Nutzungsdauer abgestellt. Dabei kam grundsätzlich die lineare Methode zur Anwendung. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter zwischen 150,00 EUR und 410,00 EUR sind im Erwerbsjahr voll abgeschrieben worden, wobei aus Vereinfachungsgründen im Jahr des Zugangs ein Abgang unterstellt wurde. Die Bewertung der Kundenforderungen und der Forderungen erfolgte grundsätzlich in Höhe des Nennwerts. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Angabe der Ausleihungen, Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber GesellschafternDie sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten enthalten ein unverzinstes kurzfristiges Gesellschafterdarlehen in Höhe von 445,34 € (Vj 4.428,06) und Lohnverbindlichkeiten in Höhe von 5.809,03 € (Vj 4.490,36) gegenüber Gesellschafter. Abschreibungen auf Anlagevermögen und Aufw. f. Ingangs. und Erw. des GeschäftsbetriebesDie Abschreibungen des Geschäftsjahres entfallen in Höhe von 1.445,00 € auf immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände und in Höhe von 9.981,13 auf Sachanlagen Haftungsverhältnisse und sonstige finanzielle VerpflichtungenGeschäftsführer: Andreas Tschink Die Feststellung bzw. Billigung des Jahresabschlusses erfolgte am 18.12.2015. |
