ANHANGPQ Transfer GmbH i.L. Fürth Wirtschaftsjahr 1.1.2012 bis 31.12.2012 Allgemeine Angaben Ende April 2011 wurde die werbende Teilnahme der Gesellschaft am Wirtschaftsverkehr beendet. Mit Gesellschafterbeschluss vom 21. 4. 2011 wurde die Gesellschaft aufgelöst. Die Veröffentlichung im Bundesanzeiger (Gläubigeraufruf) erfolgte am 4. 5. 2011. Zum 1. Mai 2011 wurde eine Liquidationseröffnungsbilanz erstellt. Der Gesellschafter der PQ Transfer GmbH i. L. beschloss am 31.5.2011 das bisherige Wirtschaftsjahr vom 1.1. bis 31.12. beizubehalten. Für den Zeitraum 1.1.2011 bis 30.4.2011 wurde ein Rumpfwirtschaftsjahresabschluss aufgestellt, mit dem die werbende Tätigkeit der Gesellschaft endete. Für den Zeitraum 1.5.2011 bis 31.12.2011 wurde ebenfalls ein Rumpfwirtschaftsjahresabschluss aufgestellt. Danach erfassen die Wirtschaftsjahre wieder den Zeitraum 1.1. bis 31.12.. Die Gesellschaft ist ein Tochterunternehmen der Primondo GmbH, Essen, und somit ein verbundenes Unternehmen im Verhältnis zur Arcandor AG i.I., Essen, im Sinne des § 271 HGB. Der Abschluss wurde nach den Vorschriften des HGB und des GmbHG aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. Vorjahresangaben entsprechen dem Rumpfwirtschaftjahr vom 1.5. bis 31.12.2011. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Flüssige Mittel werden mit dem Nennwert angesetzt. Haftungsverhältnisse und sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen mit wesentlicher Bedeutung für die Vermögens-, Finanz- und Ertragslage der Gesellschaft bestehen am Abschlussstichtag nicht. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz A K T I V A Guth aben bei Kreditinstituten Das Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten beträgt EUR 23.658,76. P A S S I V A Eigenkapit al Das gezeichnete Kapital der Gesellschaft beträgt EUR 25.000,00 (i.Vj. TEUR 25). Sonstige Erläuterungen Arbeitnehmer im Jahresdurchschnitt Die Gesellschaft hat im Geschäftsjahr keine Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.
