AnhangErläuterungen zur Bilanz Auf die Erstellung eines Anlagegitters i.S.v. § 268 Abs. 2 HGB wurde verzichtet (§ 274 a Nr. 1 HGB). Nähere Einzelheiten ergeben sich aus der als Anlage 5 beigefügten Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens vom 1.Januar 2011 bis 31. Dezember 2011. Der Gesamtbetrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als fünf Jahren beträgt € 0,00.
Harald Müller, Geschäftsführer Bodo Schulz, Geschäftsführer Allgemeine Angaben Der Jahresabschluss wurde auf Grundlage der gesetzlichen Vorschriften erstellt. Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden wurden im Wesentlichen an den ertragsteuerlichen Vorschriften ausgerichtet. Die Zugänge zum Anlagevermögen wurden zu Anschaffungskosten bilanziert. Die Abschreibungen wurden entsprechend der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen. Das Umlaufvermögen wurde entsprechend den gesetzlichen Vorschriften bewertet. Die Forderungen bzw. Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit ihrem Nennbzw. Nominalwert angesetzt. Weitere Rückstellungen wurden in angemessener Höhe gebildet. Alle erkennbaren Risiken wurden berücksichtigt. Im Wirtschaftsjahr 2011 waren Herr Harald Müller und Herr Bodo Schulz zu Geschäftsführern bestellt. Gesellschafterbeschluss Wir treten als Gesellschafter der MEBSware Informatik GmbH unter Außerachtlassung der förmlichen Einberufung zu einer Gesellschafterversammlung zusammen. Alle Stimmen sind vertreten Wir beschließen folgendes: 1. Der lt. Handelsbilanz für das Kalenderjahr 2011 ermittelte Jahresverlust der MEBSware Informatik GmbH wurde mit € 17.483,34 festgestellt. 2. Den geschäftsführenden Gesellschaftern wurde Entlastung erteilt. Lagebericht Das Geschäftsjahr 2012 scheint etwas besser zu verlaufen als das Vorjahr. Besondere Vorgänge sind nach Ablauf des Geschäftsjahres 2011 nicht eingetreten. Es wird mit einem ausgeglichenen Jahresergebnis gerechnet. sonstige BerichtsbestandteileAngaben zur Feststellung: Der Jahresabschluss wurde am 13.08.2012 festgestellt. |
