Anhang1. ALLGEMEINE ANGABENDer Jahresabschluss ist nach den Vorschriften der §§ 242 ff. und der §§ 264 ff. HGB aufgestellt. Die Gliederung der Bilanz erfolgt im Rahmen der Vorschriften in § 266 Abs. 2 und 3 HGB. Die Gliederung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung erfolgt nach § 275 Abs. 2 HGB (Gesamtkostenverfahren). Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. 2. BILANZIERUNGS- UND BEWERTUNGSMETHODENDie Bewertung der Vermögensgegenstände und Schulden wird entsprechend den handelsrechtlichen Bewertungsvorschriften unter Beachtung der Grundsätze ordnungsmäßiger Buchführung und Bilanzierung vorgenommen. Aktivierungswahlrechte und Passivierungswahlrechte werden nicht in Anspruch genommen. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zu Nennwerten angesetzt. 3. SONSTIGE ANGABENDie Gesellschaft war bis zum 22. Juni 2011 persönlich haftende Gesellschafterin der Fassadenform System GmbH & Co. KG mit Sitz in Bernsdorf. In der Gesellschafterversammlung vom 22. Juni 2011 wurde die Auflösung der Gesellschaft mit sofortiger Wirkung beschlossen. Seitdem verfolgt die Gesellschaft das Ziel, die operative Tätigkeit zu beenden und die Vermögensgegenstände zu verwerten. Die Eintragung der Auflösung im Handelsregister erfolgte am 3. August 2011. Zum Liquidator wurde der Insolvenzverwalter der Gesellschafterin, Herr Prof. Dr. Paul J. Groß, Köln, bestimmt. Er vertritt die Gesellschaft allein und ist von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.
