Anhang zur Schlussbilanz 2014
Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss
Der Jahresabschluss (Schlussbilanz) der Gesellschaft zum 31.12.2014 ist grundsätzlich unter Beibehaltung der für den Vorjahresabschluss angewendeten Gliederungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften nach den für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Bestimmungen des Handelsgesetzbuches und des Aktiengesetzes aufgestellt.
Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.
Gliederung von Bilanz und GuV
Die Gliederung der Bilanz erfolgt nach § 266 HGB, die der GuV nach §275.II HGB (Gesamtkostenverfahren).
Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze
Die Bilanzierung der erworbenen immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände und der Sachanlagen erfolgt zu Anschaffungs- und Herstellungskosten (AHK).
Angaben zur Bilanz
Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde mit den um planmäßige Abschreibungen verminderten Werten angesetzt. Die Zugänge im Berichtszeitraum wurden mir ihren Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen bewertet.
Finanzanlagen werden mit den Anschaffungskosten angesetzt.
Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden linear nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände vorgenommen.
Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter des Anlagevermögens werden im Zugangsjahr als Pooabschreibung und als GwG Vollabschreibung abgeschrieben.
Außerplanmäßige Abschreibungen sind weder beim Anlage- noch beim Umlaufvermögen vorgenommen worden.
Die Vermögensgegenstände des Umlaufvermögens werden mit den MIK, bzw. mit dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert in Ansatz gebracht.
Die Forderungen und die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert bewertet.
Die Rückstellungen sind so bemessen, daß sie allen erkennbaren Einzelrisiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten Rechnung tragen.
Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.
Sonstige Angaben
Haftungsverhältnisse
Am Bilanzstichtag bestanden keine angabepflichtigen Haftungsverhältnisse nach § 251 HGB.
Ergebnisverwendung
Im Jahr 2014 fand keine Gewinnausschüttung statt. Das Ergebnis wird auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen.
Sonstiges
Von den Erleichterungen der §§ 274a, 288 HGB wurde Gebrauch gemacht.
