I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss
2cureX GmbH Burbekstr. 47, 22523 Hamburg Sitz: Hamburg Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht Hamburg, Nummer HRB 137736 Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gem. § 267 Abs. 1 des Handelsgesetzbuches auf. Die handelsrechtlich zulässigen, größenabhängigen Erleichterungen bei der Aufstellung des Anhangs wurden in Anspruch genommen. II. Angaben zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die auf die Posten der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden sowie deren Gliederung entsprechen den handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften in der Fassung des Bilanzrichtlinie-Umsetzungsgesetzes. Für geringwertige Anlagegüter wurde ein Sammelposten gebildet, der über 5 Jahre abgeschrieben wird. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden mit dem Nominalwert bilanziert. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen decken alle erkennbaren Risiken aus ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe des Betrages ab, der zu ihrer Erfüllung nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. Die Bewertung der Verbindlichkeiten erfolgte zu den Erfüllungsbeträgen. III. Angaben zur Bilanz Finanzielle Verpflichtungen, die nicht in der Bilanz enthalten sind, bestehen zum Bilanzstichtag nicht. IV. Sonstige Angaben Alleinvertretungsberechtigter Geschäftsführer im Geschäftsjahr 2016 war Herr Dr. Timm-Heinrich Jessen, Fleckeby. Durch Beschluss der Gesellschafter vom 6. Februar 2017 wurde Herr Jürgen Kupper, Ph.D., Hamburg, als alleinvertretungsberechtigter Geschäftsführer bestellt.
