SEA MASTER SHIPPING GMBH, HAMBURG ANHANG FÜR DAS GESCHÄFTSJAHR 2023 I. ALLGEMEINE ANGABEN ZUM JAHRESABSCHLUSS UND ZU DEN BILANZIERUNGS- UND BEWERTUNGSMETHODEN Bilanzierungsmethoden Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2023 der Sea Master Shipping GmbH, Hamburg (Registereintrag beim Amtsgericht Hamburg, Nr. HRB 65178), ist unter Beachtung der handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften aufgestellt. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wird nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt. Bewertungsmethoden Die immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände werden linear über die voraussichtliche Nutzungsdauer abgeschrieben. Die Bewertung der Sachanlagen erfolgt zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um lineare Abschreibungen entsprechend der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter mit Anschaffungskosten von bis zu € 800,00 werden aus Vereinfachungsgründen im Jahr des Zugangs voll abgeschrieben. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände und flüssigen Mittel sind zu Nennwerten angesetzt. Alle erkennbaren Einzelrisiken und das allgemeine Kreditrisiko sind durch angemessene Abwertungen berücksichtigt worden. Die Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe des nach kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt. Bei der Bildung wurde den erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten angemessen Rechnung getragen. Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten in fremder Währung werden grundsätzlich mit dem Devisenkassamittelkurs am Bilanzstichtag bewertet. II. ERLÄUTERUNGEN ZU DEN POSTEN DER BILANZ UND DER GEWINN- UND VERLUSTRECHNUNG Die Anlageposten und ihre Entwicklung im Geschäftsjahr 2023 werden in einer Anlage dargestellt. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände mit Restlaufzeiten von mehr als einem Jahr bestehen nicht. Es bestehen Forderungen gegen Gesellschafter in Höhe von € 17.534,91. Die Restlaufzeiten der Verbindlichkeiten stellen sich wie folgt dar:
Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern bestehen am Bilanzstichtag nicht. Aus der Währungsumrechnung sind im Geschäftsjahr Erträge in Höhe von € 57.792,08 und Aufwendungen in Höhe von € 75.382,09 entstanden. III. ERGÄNZENDE ANGABEN Geschäftsführung Geschäftsführer war im Berichtsjahr Herr Lev Henzel, Kaufmann, Hamburg. Der Geschäftsführer war alleinvertretungsberechtigt und von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit. Der Jahresabschluss zum 31.12.2022 wurde im Rahmen der Gesellschafterversammlung am 2. Februar 2023 festgestellt. Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen Die Gesellschaft ist aus einem bestehenden Mietvertrag (€ 420.875,00; bis 31.03.2027) verpflichtet. Daneben bestehen am Bilanzstichtag sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen aus Leasingverträgen in Höhe von insgesamt € 9.619,29. Mitarbeiter Die Gesellschaft beschäftigte im Geschäftsjahr durchschnittlich 33 Mitarbeiter. Ergebnisverwendungsvorschlag Die Geschäftsführung schlägt vor, das Jahresergebnis auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen.
