sonstige BerichtsbestandteileAnhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2016Miass Mobili Design GmbH1. Allgemeine Angaben Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i.S.d. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Sie nimmt bei der Aufstellung des Anhanges die Erleichterungen des § 288 HGB und bei der Offenlegung die Erleichterung des § 326 HGB in Anspruch. Der Jahresabschluss wurde auf Grundlage der gesetzlichen Vorschriften des HGB und des GmbHG erstellt. Die Gesellschaft ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Pinneberg unter der Nummer HRB 12723 PI eingetragen. 2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden 2.1. Anlagevermögen Das Anlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger linearer Abschreibungen bewertet. Die zugegangenen geringwertigen Anlagegüter werden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben. 2.2. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Die Forderungen werden zum Nennwert bilanziert; erkennbare Risiken wurden durch Bildung von Wertberichtigungen Rechnung getragen. Fremdwährungen werden mit dem Kurs zum Bilanzstichtag angesetzt. 2.3. Sonstige Rückstellungen Für zum Bilanzstichtag erkennbare Risiken werden Rückstellungen nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung gebildet. 2.4. Verbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit den Rückzahlungsbeträgen ausgewiesen. Die Restlaufzeit beträgt bis zu einem Jahr. 2.5. Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wird nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gemäß § 275 Abs. 2 HGB aufgestellt. 3. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz 3.1. Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens Die Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens ergibt sich aus der nachfolgenden Anlage. 4. Sonstige Angaben 4.1. Geschäftsführung Geschäftsführer der Miass Mobili Design GmbH ist Herr Alexander Popov, Russland Der Jahresabschluss zum 31.12.2016 wurde von dem Geschäftsführer wie folgt unterzeichnet:
