ANHANG für das Geschäftsjahr 2019der Parrot GmbH, MünchenI. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Die Gesellschaft wird beim Amtsgericht München im Handelsregister unter HRB 157910 geführt und unterhält ihren Gesellschaftssitz in München. Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer Kleinstkapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267a Abs. 1 HGB auf. Jedoch finden aufgrund § 267 Abs. 4 HGB die Rechtsfolgen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB Anwendung. Für die Aufstellung der Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wendet die Gesellschaft freiwillig die Gliederungsvorschriften für große Kapitalgesellschaften (§§266, 275 HGB) an. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wird nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt. II. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zu Nennwerten angesetzt. Für erkennbare Risiken sind Einzelwertberichtigungen vorgenommen worden. Die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind zum Nennwert bilanziert. Die Rückstellungen werden in ausreichender Höhe mit dem nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Die Verbindlichkeiten werden gemäß § 253 Abs. 1 Satz 2 HGB mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert. III. Angaben zur Bilanz Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände enthalten TEUR 290 (Vorjahr TEUR 1.181) Forderungen gegen verbundene Unternehmen. Alle Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände haben eine Restlaufzeit von unter einem Jahr. Die Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber verbundenen Unternehmen in Höhe von TEUR 0 (Vorjahr TEUR 1). Alle Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit von unter einem Jahr. IV. Sonstige Angaben Während des Geschäftsjahres wurde durchschnittlich 1 Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt. Im Geschäftsjahr 2019 und im Folgejahr erfolgte die Geschäftsführung der Gesellschaft durch Henri Seydoux Fornier de Clausonne, Kaufmann. Der Geschäftsführer ist von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit. Die Gesellschaft wird in den Konzernabschluss der Parrot S.A., 174, quai de Jemmapes, 75010 Paris, Frankreich, einbezogen.
