Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 HGB. Der Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches in der Fassung des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes vom 25. Mai 2009 aufgestellt. Entsprechend Artikel 67 Abs. 8 Satz 2 EGHGB erfolgte keine Anpassung der Vorjahreszahlen. Bei der Aufstellung des Anhangs wurde das Wahlrecht gemäß § 288 HGB in Anspruch genommen. 2. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätzen Die Finanzanlagen wurden mit den Anschaffungskosten bewertet. Der Ansatz der Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände erfolgte zu Nominalwerten. Bewertungsabschläge kamen nicht in Betracht. Die Rückstellungen tragen allen erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen ausreichend Rechnung. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. 3. Angaben zur Bilanz Das gezeichnete Kapital der Gesellschaft beträgt € 75.000,00 und ist in voller Höhe eingezahlt. 4. Sonstige Angaben Die Gesellschaft ist persönlich haftende Gesellschafterin der Jahr-Verlag GmbH & Co. KG, Hamburg. Im Geschäftsjahr 2010/2011 erfolgte die Geschäftsführung der Gesellschaft durch die Geschäftsführerin, Frau Alexandra Jahr. Sie ist von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.
