Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2010der TEWS GmbH HamburgA. Allgemeine Angaben Beim Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2010 wurden erstmals die Vorschriften der §§ 242ff. HGB unter Beachtung der ergänzenden Bestimmungen für Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 264ff. HGB) in der Fassung des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes berücksichtigt. Bei der Gewinn- und Verlustrechung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren angewandt. B. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Die Steuerrückstellungen und die sonstigen Rückstellungen enthalten alle bisher bekannten Risiken und ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten und sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit den Erfüllungsbeträgen passiviert. Der Ansatz der übrigen Positionen erfolgte mit dem jeweiligen Nennwert. C. Sonstige Angaben Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft sind: Herr Manfred Tews, Diplom-Ingenieur Herr André Tews, Diplom-Ingenieur Die Gesellschaft ist Komplementär der TEWS-Elektronik GmbH & Co. KG, Hamburg, die per 31.12.2010 einen nicht durch Eigenkapital gedeckten Fehlbetrag in Höhe von Euro 100.730,96 (Vorjahr: Eigenkapital: Euro 25.000) ausweist.
