Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung einschließlich der Vornahme steuerrechtlicher Maßnahmen. Bei der Dona Handelsgesellschaft mbH handelt es sich um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne von § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Der Jahresabschluss ist nach handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften aufgestellt worden. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gegliedert. 1. Die Entwicklung der Posten des Anlagevermögens im Geschäftsjahr 2023 ist dem Anlagenspiegel zu entnehmen. Bei dem Anlagevermögen werden die immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände und die Sachanlagen zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die Abschreibungen werden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend den höchstzulässigen Sätzen linear vorgenommen. Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von € 800,-- werden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben. Auf die Bildung eines Sammelposten wurde entsprechend verzichtet. 2. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden zum Nennwert oder mit dem am Bilanzstichtag niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert angesetzt. 3. Rückstellungen werden in Höhe des Betrages gebildet, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. Sie berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten. 4. Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag bewertet. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Die Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens ergibt sich aus dem Anlagenspiegel.
