Anhang Lynn's GmbHA. Allgemeine AngabenGrößenabhängige Erleichterungen bei der Erstellung (§§ 266 Abs.1, 276, 288 HGB) und bei der Offenlegung (§ 326 bzw. § 327 HGB) des Jahresabschlusses wurden in Anspruch genommen. I. Erläuterungen zu den Bilanzierungs-, Bewertungs- und Umrechnungsmethoden Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden sind durchweg an den ertragsteuerlichen Vorschriften ausgerichtet worden. Die Gliederung der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung erfolgt nach den Vorschriften des HGB für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt. Für die Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren die folgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend:
Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit Ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. II. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Anlagevermögen Die Abschreibungen des Geschäftsjahres gliedern sich wie folgt auf:
Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Der Gesamtbetrag der Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr beträgt 13.500,00 EUR (VJ: 0,00 EUR) Verbindlichkeiten Der Gesamtbetrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr beträgt 43.933,96 EUR (VJ: 94.795,17 EUR) III. Beziehungen zu Unternehmensorganen Angaben der Namen und Mitglieder des Geschäftsführungsorgans und des Aufsichtsrats Zum Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft waren im Berichtszeitraum folgende Personen bestellt:
Die Gesellschaft ist überschuldet. Zur Beseitigung der Überschuldung liegt eine Patronatserklärung der Gesellschafterin vor. Aufgrund des positiven Jahresergebnisses für 2014 sowie des Budgets für 2015 kann von einer positiven Fortführungsprognose ausgegangen werden.
