Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde nach den maßgeblichen Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und denen des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt. Die Bilanz sowie die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung sind entsprechend den Bestimmungen des HGB gem. §§ 266, 275 HGB gegliedert. Auf die Anwendung des BilMoG wurde aus Unwesentlichkeitsgründen verzichtet. Gem. § 274a Nr.5 HGB wird auf Grund der Größenklasse der Gesellschaft auf eine Bilanzierung latenter Steuern verzichtet. Die Wertansätze in der Bilanz der Sub-tec GmbH zum 31. Dezember 2014 wurden unverändert als Bilanzvorträge in neue Rechung übernommen. Die Sachanlagen sind zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen entsprechend der Nutzungsdauer angesetzt. Als Abschreibungsmethode kam die lineare Absetzung für Abnutzung zur Anwendung. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter bis zu Anschaffungskosten von 150,- € wurden sofort als Aufwand behandelt. Wirtschaftsgüter mit Anschaffungskosten zwischen 151,- € und 1.000,- € wurden in einem Sammelposten aktiviert und über fünf Jahre abgeschrieben. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden grundsätzlich zum Nominalwert angesetzt. Der Kassenbestand, Bundesbankguthaben, Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten und Schecks sind zum Nennwert angesetzt. Die Eigenkapitalpositionen sind mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt. Die Rückstellungen beinhalten sämtliche, nach vorsichtiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung erkennbaren Risiken. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag passiviert. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände stellen sich wie folgt dar:
Die sonstigen Rückstellungen betreffen Jahresabschluss- und Steuererklärungskosten sowie übrige Rückstellungen. Die Restlaufzeiten der Verbindlichkeiten gliedern sich wie folgt:
Haftungsverhältnisse i. S. d. § 251 HGB haben zum Bilanzstichtag nicht bestanden. Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres lag die Führung der Geschäfte unverändert bei Herrn Yuying Geng.
