Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2013A Allgemeine Angaben 1. Generalnorm Die Gliederung der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung entspricht den §§ 266 bzw. 275 HGB, wobei für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung das Gesamtkostenverfahren Anwendung findet. Angaben, die wahlweise in der Bilanz oder in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung vorgenommen werden können, erfolgten in der Bilanz bzw. in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung. B Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden 1. Allgemeine Erläuterungen Bei der Bilanzierung werden die generellen Bewertungsvorschriften der §§ 252-256 HGB sowie die besonderen Ansatz- und Bewertungsbestimmungen für Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 269-274, 279-283 HGB) beachtet. Die Gesellschaft ist gemäß § 267a Abs. 1 HGB eine Kleinst-Kapitalgesellschaft. Von den damit verbundenen Erleichterungen bei der Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses wurde Gebrauch gemacht. 2. Anlagevermögen Die Bewertung der Vermögensgegenstände des Sachanlagevermögens erfolgt zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger Abschreibungen. Die Abschreibungssätze der verschiedenen Anlagegüter richten sich nach der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer. Bewegliche Anlagegüter wurden linear abgeschrieben. Die Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens im Geschäftsjahr 2013 ergibt sich aus dem beigefügten Anlagegitter sowie aus der "Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens", in der die Einzelwirtschaftsgüter aufgeführt sind. 3. Umlaufvermögen Die Posten des Umlaufvermögens wurden mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt. 4. Rückstellungen Die Sonstigen Rückstellungen beinhalten die Kosten für die Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses. 5. Verbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. C Sonstige Angaben 1. Arbeitnehmer Im Geschäftsjahr 2013 waren für die Gesellschaft neben dem Geschäftsführer keine weiteren Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt . 2. Angaben zu den Organmitgliedern Zum Geschäftsführer für das Geschäftsjahr 2013 war bestellt: Jens Ostheimer, Kohlfahrtstraße 26, 76689 Karlsdorf
