ANHANGI. Allgemeine Erläuterungen Die Gesellschaft führt die Firma CONVALOR Venture GmbH und hat ihren Sitz in Köln. Die Gesellschaft ist im Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht Köln unter HRB 103840 eingetragen. Die Gesellschaft wurde am 13. November 2020 gegründet und am 01.12.2020 im Handelsregister eingetragen. Der Jahresabschluss 2020 wurde unter Beachtung der für Kapitalgesellschaften im Sinne des § 267 Absatz 1 HGB geltenden Rechnungslegungsvorschriften in der Fassung des Bilanzrichtlinie-Umsetzungsgesetztes (BilRUG) aufgestellt. II. Darstellung einzelner Posten der Bilanz zum 31. Dezember 2020 1. Anlagevermögen Die Finanzanlagen wurden mit ihren Anschaffungskosten bewertet. 2. Umlaufvermögen Die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind mit ihren Nennwerten bewertet. 3. Rückstellungen Die sonstigen Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages ausgewiesen. 4. Verbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem jeweiligen Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert. Eine Übersicht über die Laufzeiten der Verbindlichkeiten ergibt sich aus dem folgenden Verbindlichkeitenspiegel:

Unterzeichnung des Jahresabschlusses Köln, 19. Mai 2021 (CONVALOR Venture GmbH) In der ordentlichen Gesellschafterversammlung vom 08.11.2021 wurde beschlossen, den Jahresfehlbetrag von EUR 2.426,90 auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen.
