I. Allgemeine Angaben Der Jahresabschluss 2013 ist nach den handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften der § 238 ff HGB aufgestellt worden. Ausweis und Gliederung entsprechen den ergänzenden Vorschriften für Kapitalgesellschaften in § 266 ff HGB. Die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes sowie des Gesellschaftsvertrages wurden beachtet. Nach den Größenkriterien des § 267 HGB liegt eine Kleinstkapitalgesellschaft vor. II. Erläuterungen zu den verschiedenen Bilanzposten Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten angesetzt und -soweit abnutzbar- um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die fertigen Erzeugnisse wurden mit ihren Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten ausgewiesen. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert ausgewiesen. Rückstellungen wurden nach kaufmännischen Erfahrungen in Höhe der voraussichtlichen Inanspruchnahme gebildet. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag ausgewiesen. Verbindlichkeiten an die Gesellschafter bestehen zum Bilanzstichtag in Höhe von 33.853,35 €. III. Sonstige Angaben Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft ist Herr Rachid El-Yassin, Kaufmann.
