ANHANGA. Bilanzierungs- und BewerbungsmethodenDie im Geschäftsjahr erworbenen immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände und Sachanlagen sind zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten bewertet. Nach § 253 Abs. 2 HGB notwendige Abschreibungen sind berücksichtigt. Forderungen, sonstige Vermögensgegenstände und Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind mit dem Nennwert angesetzt. Zur Berücksichtigung des allgemeinen Kredit- und Ausfallrisikos werden Pauschalwertberichtigungen gebildet. Konkrekten Ausfallrisiken wurde durch die Bildung einer Einzelwertberichtigung Rechnung getragen. Das gezeichnete Kapital ist zum Nennbetrag angesetzt. Rückstellungen und Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. B. Informationen zur BilanzAls Sonderposten mit Rücklageanteil werden ausschließlich mit Projekten im Zusammenhang stehende Baukostenzuschüsse ausgewiesen. Die Zuschüsse werden korrespondierend zu den entsprechenden Anschaffungs- und Herstellungskosten der entsprechenden Projekte verbraucht. Der Gesamtbetrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren betrug zum Bilanzstichtag 1.271.431,41 € C. ErgebnisverwendungDer Jahresüberschuss des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres beträgt 187.016,48 €. Unter Berücksichtigung des Gewinnvortrages in Höhe von 575.991,08 € und vorbehaltlich des Beschlusses durch die Gesellschafterversammlung wird der daraus resultierende Bilanzgewinn in Höhe von 763.007,56 € auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen. D. Sonstige AngabenIm Berichtsjahr wurden die Geschäfte der Gesellschaft von Herrn Dr. Karl Gerhold, Staatssekretär a. D. und Herrn Diplom-Ingenieur Heiko Mevert geführt. Außer den Geschäftsführern waren im Berichtsjahr keine weiteren Organe bestellt. Dem Konzernabschluss für den größten Kreis von Unternehmen, in den die GETEC net GmbH einbezogen ist, stellt die GETEC Energie Holding GmbH, Magdeburg, auf. Dieser Konzernabschluss ist erhältlich in Magdeburg. Informationen zu den übrigen Pflichtangaben, hinsichtlich derer nach § 285 HGB i. V. m. § 288 Abs. 1 HGB zu berichten ist, sind entbehrlich, da insoweit keine berichtspflichtigen Tatbestände vorliegen.
