AnhangI. Allgemeine Angaben Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2010 wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Die Geschäftsanteile werden zu 100% von der Oceanexpress Ltd., Maldon/Essex, England gehalten. II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennbetrag bzw. mit den Anschaffungskosten ausgewiesen worden. Die Rückstellungen wurden jeweils in Höhe des Betrages gebildet, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit den jeweiligen Rückzahlungsbeträgen angesetzt. III. Angaben zu einzelnen Posten des Jahresabschlusses Verbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten haben Restlaufzeiten bis zu einem Jahr. Von den Verbindlichkeiten entfallen EUR 57.490,94 auf Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaften. IV. Sonstige Angaben Die Gesellschaft weist zum 31.12.2010 einen nicht durch Eigenkapital gedeckten Fehlbetrag von EUR 88.760,09 aus. Die Vanguard Logistics Services Belgium NV, die 100% an der Oceanexpress Ltd., Malton/Essex England hält - dem Anteilseigner von Oceanexpress GmbH -, hat zur Beseitigung der Überschuldung einen Comfort Letter abgegeben. Der Liquidationsbeschluss vom 23.12.2009 wurde am 28.09.2011 aufgehoben.
