ANHANGA: Vorbemerkung Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i.S.d §267 Abs. 1 HGB. Sie wurde 2001 als Sporthouse24 GmbH, Kirchheim gegründet. Die Gesellschaft firmiert seit dem 01.02.2008 als golf 24 GmbH mit Sitz in München, seit dem 02.04.2014 in Berlin. Die Geschäftsführung obliegt Dipl.-Volkswirtin Ursel von Randow, Berlin (Kauffrau). Der Jahresabschluss 2023 wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 242 ff. HGB und die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt. Von den Erleichterungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften wurde Gebrauch gemacht. B: Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Das Anlagevermögen wurde zu den Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um die planmäßige Abschreibung entsprechend der voraussichtlich gewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer, angesetzt. Die Vorräte wurden zu den Anschaffungskosten bewertet. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden zum Neuwert bilanziert, wobei Einzelwertberichtigungen, soweit erforderlich, vorgenommen wurden. Uneinbringliche Forderungen sind abgeschrieben. Rückstellungen werden in Höhe der voraussichtlichen Inanspruchnahme angesetzt. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. C: Erläuterung zur Bilanz Mit Ausnahme der Mietkaution, EUR 31.670,00 hatten alle Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen eine Laufzeit bis zu einem Jahr. Unter den sämtlich kurzfristigen Verbindlichkeiten (unter 1 Jahr) sind kurzfristige Darlehen in Höhe von EUR 772.514,38 inkl. Zinsen, die in vollem Umfang auf die Geschäftsführerin entfallen. Forderungen an die Gesellschafter bestanden nicht. Finanziert wird die Gesellschaft durch die Gesellschafterdarlehen, für die in erforderlicher Höhe ein Rangrücktritt vorliegt, wodurch die Finanzierung der Gesellschaft gesichert ist.
