ANHANGARS Steuerberatungsgesellschaft mbH Anhang 2023 Allgemeine Angaben Der Jahresabschluss wird nach den Vorschriften des HGB für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften aufgestellt. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wird das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Die Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten bewertet und, soweit abnutzbar, planmäßig linear in Anlehnung an die steuerrechtlich zulässigen Nutzungsdauern abgeschrieben. Die Vorräte sind zu Anschaffungskosten unter Beachtung des Niederstwertprinzips bewertet. Die Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände werden zum Nennwert unter Berücksichtigung möglicher Ausfallrisiken bewertet. In den sonstigen Rückstellungen sind alle erkennbaren Risiken und Verpflichtungen enthalten. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag bewertet. Die Gesellschaft wird im Handelsregister Berlin unter HRB 190534 geführt. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Anlagevermögen Hinsichtlich der Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens wird auf den Anlagespiegel verwiesen. Umlaufvermögen Forderungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr betragen 181T€. Bankguthaben Es handelt sich um den Bestand der Girokonten, sowie Festgeldanlagen mit einer Laufzwit von bis zu 12 Monaten. Eigenkapital Das Stammkapital beträgt 25.000,00€. Der Jahresüberschuss soll auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen werden. Ein förmlicher Beschluss steht noch aus. Rückstellungen Die Rückstellungen für Personalkosten enthalten die Tantieme des Geschäftsführers für das Berichtsjahr. Es handelt sich im Wesentlichen um Rückstellungen für Ertragsteuern auf das Ergebnis des Geschäftsjahres sowie für Jahresabschluss- und Veröffentlichungskosten. Verbindlichkeiten Die sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr betragen 6,8T€. Alle übrigen Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit von weniger als ein Jahr Sonstige Angaben Haftungsverhältnisse i.S.d. § 251 HGB sowie sonstige, über die in der Bilanz ausgewiesenen hinausgehende finanzielle Verpflichtungen haben nicht bestanden. Die Geschäftsführung oblag wie im Vorjahr Frau Ringelhan und Herrn Schröder.
